1. Multi-Axis Precision CNC Machining

We utilize high-speed, multi-axis CNC technology to cut complex geometries out of solid billets, castings, or forgings.

  • Capabilities: 5-axis simultaneous CNC milling, multi-tasking mill-turn centers, and Swiss-type lathe turning.

2. High-Integrity Investment Casting (Lost Wax Casting)

Our vacuum investment casting facility specializes in producing near-net-shape components from expensive or difficult-to-machine alloys, significantly reducing material waste.

  • Capabilities: Vacuum induction melting (VIM) casting, sand casting, and centrifugal casting.
